Disappointed bloggers remember that this is the day that Kim Kardashian Superstar was originally supposed to be released on DVD and over the Internet. However, since the brunette babe brought a lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment, distribution of the erotic tape has been held up. Is Kim conducting a publicity ploy, just like BFF Paris Hilton? We know she has been in Hawaii working on new Nickelodeon show “Beyond the Break” and has missed the last two extraordinary Paris parties. We also know that she claims she didn’t know distribution of the sexy footage was on hold. What we don’t know is when we will finally be able to see golden showers rain all over Kim’s curves.

Word on the street says the long awaited adult film, featuring water sports and oral action between hottie Kim and former boyfriend, R&B singer Ray-J, may be released as soon as March 5. Vivid Entertainment feels they have a legal right to share the tape with eager bloggers, since they spent a million bucks to get it. Horny bloggers are going to have to hold out a bit longer to see Ray-J relieve himself on lovely Kim Kardashian’s face. Apparently curvaceous Kim filed a lawsuit on February 21 against Vivid Entertainment regarding the distribution of the hot expose. The erotic footage was said to be taken during her relationship with R&B singer Willie “Ray-J” Norwood, which ended back in 2005.

The lawsuit was initiated in L.A. Superior Court by the curvaceous Kim, daughter of O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian and gal pal to Paris Hilton. The suit seeks unspecified damages, attorney fees and profits from the sale of the erotic tape. Kim says, “This tape, which was made three years ago, and was meant to be something private between myself and my then boyfriend is extremely hurtful not only to me, but to my family as well. I am filing legal charges against the company who is distributing this tape since it is being sold completely without my permission or consent.”

The hot video was purchased from an unnamed party by Vivid, a leading producer of adult films for over twenty years, for what is rumored to be one million bucks. The lawsuit is temporarily holding up distribution of this long awaited film.

Sorry dudes, it will be a few more days before you can see those golden showers…

It’s getting tough to know whether Britney really wants to go to rehab or not. Apparently the pressure from family and friends is making her go, but not keep, her Promises. First Brit tried to sober up in Antigua, but checked out less than 24 hours later. Then Brit went to Promises and left her two sons with Daddy K-Fed when she checked into Promises the first time. Within another day, Brit cut out of Promises and stormed on over to K-Fed’s to see her kids, possibly in a state of some sort of inebriation. However, it seems that K-Fed, famed for his own partying antics, refused to let her in and seemed sober. After being shut out by a seemingly calm K-Fed, Brit got frustrated and freaked out, attacking the empty SUV of a photographer with an umbrella. Wow, watching a wasted, bald Brit beat the press must have been an exciting sight! There are bloggers that would have loved to be hiding behind that SUV…

After this display of emotion, Britney’s mom Lynne took the perturbed pop tart right back to Promises in Malibu. It seems that no matter what Brit wants, everyone agrees about what she really needs. Mom even got K-Fed to drop the emergency custody hearing planned for yesterday. Will Brit stay this time or leave to engage in even more antics? In the meantime, bloggers will certainly miss those revealing photo shoots of Brit coming out of a limo in a short skirt…
