After Paris Hilton served 23 days in prison for her driving habits and pregger Nicole Richie served a whopping hour or so in prison for her misdirected driving, you think word would hit the streets to check yourself before you wreck yourself – or your car, criminal record or the cars and lives of others. With that in mind, we are still awaiting the verdict of that car crash Brandy got into last December that resulted in the death of a woman.

Despite all these car problems, Ray-J’s new Kim (no, not Kim “The Tush” Kardashian), L’il Kim was pulled over in New York for taking her Lamborghini out for a ride without license plates or a driver’s license. Maybe when Lindsay Lohan got away with copping a plea for her drinking, driving and coke possession it minimized the worries of other Hollywood honeys. Anyhow, L’il Kim (formally known as Kimberly Jones) was going to fill up her gas tank on Manhattan’s West Side when the cops noticed she didn’t have tags or a driver’s license. Despite her lack of proper documentation, L’il Kim wasn’t detained the police and her lawyer came to pick her up and drive her away in the infamous untagged Lamborghini. Though NYPD confirmed that they stopped Kim, they didn’t say if she was ticketed for driving without a license.

All we want to know is if the cops were smart enough to conduct a strip search and if the cops’ car cameras got it on film…or will we have to wait for more directorial endeavors of Ray-J? With hot footage in mind, here’s some more to see of luscious lovely L’il Kim…

Despite the fact the Denise has cleared all the rumors and should be the stellar example of a mother, Charlie Sheen (notorious for his own partying ways) issued a statement because of a third-party observer following him and his new fiance Brooke Mueller. Sheen says, “Until I’m granted the ability to hire my own nanny, she is required to provide one and I was terribly insulted that she felt her ‘assistant’ was a suitable replacement. If it’s unfortunate that I’m speaking, it’s ‘unfortunate’ that an incredibly loving and responsible father and his terrifically capable fiancé are being subjected to these transparent and unnecessary sanctions … As long as I am forced to live under these conditions with my children, people are going to hear about it.”
