Then there were all those rumors about Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s private Caribbean wedding, which was true.
Apparently a luxurious destination wedding in the Caribbean isn’t enough for this stellar couple. Seems that The Scoop reported the newlywed couples wants to have a massive marriage bash with 2,000 guests to celebrate their union. Rumor says that Carey will have 14 bridesmaids and the whole shindig will cost around 4 million bucks. Seems the party will be thrown in New York City sometime in the next month and a half. According to Scoop’s source, “Picture a wedding on the scale of Liza Minnelli’s and you’ll be on the right track.”
A wedding rumor on the forefront are the nuptials of Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal. Friends say the big announcement is right around the corner for these two and “They’ve been talking marriage for a while. They’ll be formally engaged any day now. They want to spend the rest of their lives together.” A friend stated about the potential bride to be, “Reese is very conservative and traditional. I’m sure she doesn’t want to see her kids ‘living in sin.’”
