Lindsay Lohan Tape

We love to watch Lindsay Lohan, no matter what she does. From wielding a knife to snorting coke to showing off her crotch, we’ve seen her in all kinds of positions. Latest word on the street is there’s a fear about a tape of Lindsay – no, not a sex tape like we all hoped but a potential legal tape.

Apparently LiLo’s love Sam Ronson is suing her former attorney, Martin Garbus, for malpractice. Sam lost a defamation case against Perez Hilton who had claimed Lindsay’s cocaine bust was her fault. Now Sam’s former lawyer is calling upon Lindsay to testify. Lohan does not want to have her deposition taped. In a motion filed, Lindsay claims to be worried because Garbus wants to ask her questions about “the details of the drugs allegedly found in the car and her alleged romantic relationship with Ronson.”

Can you believe that Lindsay is afraid the deposition tape would hit the Internet? C’mon do ya really think so? Anyhow if the tape hit the ‘net, LiLo would be caused, “unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, undue burden and expense.” Lindsay wants a private locale for the deposition with a sealed transcript and minimal witnesses so only as few people as possible are involved. While we may not be able to witness her deposition, we sure can check out her ASSets…
